PostRN Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
PostRN is provided by Luxxo s. r. o., Karpatské námestie 10A, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 53570456 ("we", "us"). We are the data controller. Contact: support@postrn.app.
2. What we collect and why

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, we use no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not build profiles of you beyond the Creator Profile you fill in yourself.
3. AI processing — and no AI training
To write scripts, captions and hashtags, we send the relevant text (your niche, your inputs and, if you filled it in, a summary of your Creator Profile) to our AI writing provider. Voice answers are sent to a speech-to-text provider. These providers process the data only to return the result to us, under agreements that do not allow them to train their models on it. We never use your Creator Profile, transcripts or content to train AI models, and your profile is used only for your own generations — never for other users.
When you pick a trending video as inspiration, the app uses only its publicly available caption to learn broad structure (hook type, pacing, format). Your scripts are written originally; we never reuse another creator's text or images, and we never claim a video will go viral.
4. Who processes data for us
- Fly.io (runs the PostRN server, region Frankfurt, Germany) and MongoDB Atlas (database, region Frankfurt, Germany): store and process your account, scripts and profile.
- Private file storage provider for videos you save to your library (if enabled).
- AI providers: Anthropic (text generation) and OpenAI (speech-to-text for voice answers).
- Resend: sends the one-time email confirmation codes. It receives only your email address and the code.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and the postrn.app domain.
- Google: Google Sign-In (if you use it) and Google Play Billing (payments).
- RevenueCat: manages subscription status. It receives an anonymous app user ID, never your profile or content.
- Apify: finds public trending videos for a niche. It receives only the niche keyword you search, never your personal data.
Some providers are located outside the EU/EEA (for example in the United States). Where this happens, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long we keep data
- Account, posts and Creator Profile: until you delete them or your account.
- Voice recordings: not kept (deleted right after transcription). Transcripts: until you edit or delete them.
- Sign-in sessions: expire after 7 days. Discovery results for a niche are cached for 24 hours and contain no personal data.
- Logs: a short period needed for security and troubleshooting, normally no more than 30 days.
- Usage events: until you delete your account, or at most 24 months.
- Saved ideas (links to public videos you chose to keep for later): until you use them, or delete your account.
6. Deleting your data
- Delete your Creator Profile: Settings → Creator Profile → "Delete my profile". This removes every field and transcript.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, saved scripts and videos, Creator Profile and transcripts. Deleted files become inaccessible immediately and are removed from storage.
- Can't open the app? Email support@postrn.app from your account email, or see postrn.app/delete-account. We handle requests within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, receive a copy of it (portability), and withdraw consent at any time (for example by deleting your Creator Profile) without affecting earlier processing. Contact support@postrn.app. You may also complain to the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (dataprotection.gov.sk), or your local authority.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Videos are stored privately and are served only to you through short-lived signed links. Access to the systems is limited to what is needed to run PostRN.
9. Children
PostRN is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We will update this page when the app changes and change the effective date above. For significant changes we will also tell you in the app.
